CANCELLATION POLICY

⏰ Cancellation, Late Arrival & No-Show Policy To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, I kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. • A 9-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals 10 minutes or more late will be considered a no-show. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, as well as no-shows, will be charged a 30% fee of the scheduled service.
